Orders

Order cancellations  
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch may incur a 2% merchant processing fee.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Hike is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors.

Payments
